When you send a product enquiry, we collect your name, company, work email, target market and buyer type. You may also provide a phone number, product interest, estimated quantity, preferred pack and brewing occasion, target launch timing, document or sample requests, project details and a reference link. The form records the internal page used to start the enquiry when available.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to business requests, evaluate product fit, prepare requested information and maintain relevant commercial records. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use, such as traffic sources, pages viewed and interactions with enquiry options. You can accept or decline optional analytics cookies when they are offered on the website.
Service providers and transfers
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries submitted through the website are processed and stored by Netlify Forms for our business team to review; email notifications may also be configured. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own.
