01

Use precise language

Food facility registration information should be described as registration information. It should not be presented as a government certificate of product approval.

02

Product compliance is broader

A registration number does not by itself confirm that every product, claim, ingredient or label is acceptable in a destination market. Those questions require product- and market-specific review.

03

Keep buyer documentation specific

When responding to a buyer, connect the facility information to the relevant legal entity and explain separately which product documents are available for the proposed SKU.

Keep the review product-specific.

This guide provides general commercial orientation. Confirm the current product specification, certificate scope and destination-market requirements before final artwork or purchase decisions.
